Climbing: The Mental Game

The mental side to rock climbing

Climbing puts us in direct touch with our deepest fears.

Fears about our safety, our reputation and our abilities.

How we process, move through and work with these fears is at the heart of the mental component to rock climbing.

In this course, we discuss techniques for dealing with fear both in the preparation phase and while on the rock. We also dive into some deeper questions about who we really our, where our limitations lie and the impact of our beliefs. Part philosphy and part practical guide, this course is for new and seasoned climbers alike.

As with all our courses, you will also have access to an invaluable network of climbers going through the same experiences as you as well as our community of experienced rock guides and teachers who are here to mentor you through the transformations.
